MusicTun licenses music tracks - human-created, human-assisted, and AI-generated. Purchasing a license gives you rights to use the track based on the selected license type.
Track Types:
Human-Created / Human-Assisted Tracks
AI may assist, but track contains real human creativity (lyrics, melody, arrangement, production).
Fully copyrightable and can be licensed normally.
Use-Only AI-Generated Tracks
Fully AI-generated, no human authorship.
License grants usage rights only; copyright may not apply.
Note: Sellers must declare human contributions. AI-only tracks may have limited legal protection.
Use: Home projects, personal videos, learning, practice, private events.
Modifications: Allowed for personal use only.
Restrictions: No monetization, resale, or standalone distribution.
Use: Commercial projects - videos, ads, podcasts, films, apps, games.
Modifications: Editing, looping, and integration into projects allowed.
Restrictions: No resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or uploading to content ID platforms to claim ownership.
AI-Only Tracks: License grants usage, but copyright may not apply.
Tracks remain the property of the original creator.
License = usage rights, not ownership.
Licensors may sell licenses to other users (non-exclusive).
Every purchase includes a License Certificate in your account.
Proof of license may be requested to verify usage rights.
Unauthorized use may lead to takedowns or legal action.
Licenses are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
For defective or misrepresented tracks, contact the creator or MusicTun support.
Buyers must use tracks according to the license.
MusicTun and creators are not liable for misuse.
Misuse, redistribution, or breach may result in removal, takedown notices, or legal action.
MusicTun may update these terms at any time.
The terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that transaction.

Q: Can I sell an AI-generated track I purchased?
A: No - resale or sublicensing is prohibited for all tracks, including AI-only tracks.
Q: Can I use AI-only tracks commercially?
A: You may use them under a commercial license, but copyright may not apply; legal protection is limited.
Q: Do I need to credit the creator?
A: For human-assisted tracks, credit is recommended if requested. For AI-only tracks, follow the license terms.
Q: Can I upload tracks to YouTube or Spotify?
A: AI or human-assisted tracks cannot be uploaded to automated content ID platforms to claim ownership. Integration into larger commercial or broadcast projects is allowed.
