License Verification and Legal Use

Users who purchase and use any product from MusicTun - including but not limited to songs, loops, stems, sheet music, or audio assets - are required to provide proof of a valid license upon request.

Each item purchased on MusicTun comes with its own license document, which can be accessed and downloaded at any time from the user’s account under “Purchases” → “License Certificate" next to each item

Only users holding a valid Non-Exclusive Commercial License are permitted to:

• Use the product in public performances, Radio, videos, films, broadcasts, advertisements, or any commercial context.
• Monetize projects that include the licensed item.

If a user fails to provide proof of license upon request, or if a product is used without a proper Non-Exclusive Commercial License, such use will be considered unauthorized and may lead to:

• Immediate removal of the content from public platforms (such as social media, or broadcast media).
• Issuance of copyright takedown notices (DMCA or equivalent).
• Legal claims for copyright infringement, including potential fines, statutory damages, and legal fees.

MusicTun and the respective copyright holders reserve the full right to pursue legal action against any unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of licensed material.
