All digital music assets (songs, loops, stems, sheet music, sample packs, etc.) are non-refundable once downloaded.
Exceptions
If you receive the wrong item or a broken/corrupted file, you may contact the author directly to request a replacement or refund.
The author will review your request and provide a resolution as appropriate.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Contact the author through the MusicTun messaging system or via the contact information provided on the product page.
Include details about the issue (file name, order ID, and description of the problem).
Limitations
Refunds or replacements are only available for genuine errors or technical issues with the file.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

MusicTun does not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with content that is working correctly and as described.
