MusicTun licenses music tracks - human-created, human-assisted, and AI-generated. Purchasing a license gives you rights to use the track based on the selected license type.

1. AI Music on MusicTun

Track Types:

Human-Created / Human-Assisted Tracks

• AI may assist, but track contains real human creativity (lyrics, melody, arrangement, production).
• Fully copyrightable and can be licensed normally.

Use-Only AI-Generated Tracks

• Fully AI-generated, no human authorship.
• License grants usage rights only; copyright may not apply.

Note: Sellers must declare human contributions. AI-only tracks may have limited legal protection.

2. License Types

Private License - Personal / Non-Commercial

• Use: Home projects, personal videos, learning, practice, private events.
• Modifications: Allowed for personal use only.
