How to Upload Your First Item on MusicTun

Once you’ve been approved as an Author, follow these steps to upload your music or digital product:

1. Start a New Upload

1. Go to “My Items”
2. Click “+ New Item” 
3. Choose the appropriate Category from the popup

2. Fill In the Item Details

Name & Description:
Use descriptive, searchable keywords for better SEO.

• Subcategory: (Optional)
• Format: Choose the correct file format category.
• How Was It Made?: Select AI, Human, or Both
• Version: (Optional)
• Fan Page: (Optional)
• Tags: Add up to 15 tags, use all for stronger SEO.

3. Upload Your Files

Upload every file required for your item:

File Requirements:

• Thumbnail: 120×120 px
• Preview Image: 1200×610 px
• Audio Preview: Maximum 1 minute
• Main File: Allowed formats:
  .ZIP, .RAR, .WAV, .JPG, .PNG, .MP3

For files larger than 10 MB, use an external download link instead.

After uploading, assign each file to the correct dropdown section.

4. Support & Licensing

• Item Support: Choose Yes or No
• Set License Prices:
• Private License Price
• Commercial License Price
  (Buyer fee is added automatically)

Choose whether the item should be Free.

5. Final Step

Add a Message to the Reviewer with any important notes they should know.
